The world-famous German manager's affair with his ex-wife has turned his parting of ways with Chelsea into a mystery.

Sissi, the ex-wife of German coach Thomas Tuchel, who did not work for any team after leaving his seat at Chelsea to Graham Potter, made striking statements after 13 years of marriage.

According to a report in the German press BILD, Sissi received a phone call from Tuchel saying that he had been dismissed because he had lost the respect of the players who played for the London team.

Sissi wrote an email in which he explained the reasons for the sudden loss of respect for Tuchel, who had won the Champions League for the team, while Tuchel started working on a temporary injunction against the email written by Sissi in which these reasons were listed.

Married in 2009, the couple had two daughters. Tuchel, who won 60 of his 100 games in charge of Chelsea, won the Champions League championship against Manchester City in the final played in Porto.

Former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan said in January that Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly's reasons for sacking Tuchel were unknown to most people.

Stating that there were many events that took place behind the scenes, Jordan's words aroused curiosity among Chelsea fans at the time.
